Delete Your Data (Without Deleting Your Account)

This page is provided by FindRisk (the app developer shown on the store listing). Here you can request that some or all of your data be deleted while keeping your account active.

Steps to Request Data Deletion

  1. 1
Open the FindRisk app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2
Go to Settings (or Profile) and open the “Privacy” or “Data & privacy” section.
  3. 3
Choose what to delete: You can delete specific risk assessments, checklists, reports, or photos. Use “Delete my data” or “Manage my data” to select the data you want removed.
  4. 4
Confirm your choices. Selected data will be permanently deleted; your account will remain active.
  5. 5
Need help? Email us at info@riskbul.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and specify what data you want deleted.

Types of Data You Can Delete (Without Deleting Your Account)

You can request deletion of the following, while keeping your account:

  • Individual risk assessments or checklists
  • Reports and exported files you created
  • Photos and attachments linked to specific items
  • Certain profile or preference data (e.g. display name, photo)

Data That Is Kept & Additional Retention

When you delete only some data (and not your account), the following applies:

  • Account data: Your account (email, login credentials) and any data you did not select for deletion remain until you request account deletion or further data deletion.
  • Backups: Deleted data may exist in backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten; it is not used for active processing.
  • Legal retention: Where law requires us to keep certain records, we retain them only for the required period.
